Policy Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, service credits, and billing adjustments are handled for Revnovus Services.

Our goal is to ensure a completely transparent, fair, and legally defensible billing process for customers ranging from small agencies to large enterprise clients deploying our conversational AI solutions.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your active product subscription at any time through your account control dashboard or by contacting our dedicated support team directly in writing.

  • Cancellation stops future recurring renewal processing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.
  • Your administrative account workspace and AI runtime pipelines will remain fully operational until the end of the paid subscription period.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the payment transaction has been processed.

Revnovus does not issue partial refunds, pro-rated balances, or returns for unused time, idle platform access, or early termination within an active billing cycle.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are billed in full in advance and are heavily discounted compared to monthly options.

Unless explicitly required by applicable local laws that cannot be contractually excluded, annual subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription term has officially begun.

4. Setup, Implementation & Professional Services

Because specialized execution workloads and dedicated engineering hours begin immediately upon commitment, the following setup and customized professional service fees are entirely non-refundable:

  • Corporate onboarding
  • Enterprise platform implementation
  • Custom conversational AI model training
  • Workflow & business logic engineering
  • Operational consulting
  • CRM & systemic database integrations
  • Data migration services
  • Custom feature code development

5. Usage-Based Charges

Fees linked directly to operational communication usage, network consumption, and variable external infrastructure costs are fully non-refundable. This applies directly to:

  • AI voice processing minutes
  • Telephony provider routing charges & SIP trunk consumption
  • WhatsApp Business API message fees
  • Transactional SMS transmission credits
  • External API calling limits & third-party processing costs

Unused communication credits do not roll over into subsequent billing cycles unless explicitly documented as a feature within your approved subscription plan tier.

6. Billing Errors

If you discover or believe an error has occurred in your transaction logging, you must notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days from the formal transaction timestamp.

If a thorough review verifies a system mistake or transactional error caused directly by Revnovus infrastructure, we will issue a corrected refund or corresponding platform service credit.

7. Service Credits

In specific scenarios or as part of customer resolutions, Revnovus may choose to issue platform service credits instead of physical cash returns. These service credits:

  • Have zero independent cash value
  • Cannot be transferred to adjacent accounts or third parties
  • Cannot be withdrawn, liquidated, or redeemed for cash
  • Will automatically expire in accordance with their designated promotional or resolution terms

8. Chargebacks

Before opening a formal payment dispute or chargeback with your credit card network, banking institution, or payment operator, please connect with our billing desk first so we can quickly resolve the underlying issue.

Fraudulent, abusive, or unverified chargebacks are a violation of our terms and may lead to the immediate suspension or complete deletion of your enterprise software workspace.

9. Exceptions

Nothing contained within this standard business cancellation policy is intended to overwrite, limit, or restrict any legal rights you maintain under applicable local consumer protection laws where such consumer rights cannot be legally waived by commercial contract.
